(St. Croix, USVI – October 27, 2022) – The Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission announces that a Commission Meeting and Hearing have been scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The Commission will address Administrative Resolutions Issued for Employees Licenses and Gaming and Non-Gaming Related Entity Licenses; the adoption of VICCC Fiscal Year 2023 Budget; a hearing of a complaint filed by the Division of Gaming Enforcement against Casino Service Entity license (CSE/GR 040-21) Continental Construction and Engineering, LLC; a hearing on inappropriate licenses filed by the Division of Gaming Enforcement for Casino Service Entities CSE/NGR 098-14 Ranger American of the VI, Inc., and CSE/NGR 046-15 Triple A Training and Security Services; and a status update from Caravelle Hotel and Casino (CRG) on occupancy and staffing.
The meeting will be held at the Eileen Ramona Petersen Casino Control Commission Building located at 3005 Orange Grove, Christiansted, St. Croix. Limited seating will be available to the public and all COVID-19 Pandemic Protocols will be enforced.
