(St. Croix, USVI – October 7, 2020) – The Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission announces that a Regular Meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 13, 2020. The Commission will conduct a Show Cause Hearing for Grapetree Shores Inc. and Treasure Bay VI, DBA as Divi Carina Bay Casino and Resort regarding their failure to comply with the Commission’s Order of October 2019 to ensure the availability of a specific number of hotel rooms by May 1, 2020.
The Commission meeting will be held at the Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission’s Office located at 3005 Orange Grove, Christiansted, St. Croix. The public is invited to attend.
